Note: Belinda Westwood Consulting Ltd is a VAT registered company and 20% VAT will be added to all invoices for work provided.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled sessions that have been agreed and accepted by all parties are very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes commitments need changing; that unfortunately life can get in the way. Therefore, we respectfully request 2 weeks’ notice for cancellations or rescheduled sessions.

Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that space, which means that other clients miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Initial telephone discussion

You are welcome to contact us for an initial 30-minute telephone discussion.  We will use this time to gain an understanding of how you could benefit from the services we offer best. During this discussion we will help guide you towards the most suitable service. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the process. At this time, you can decide whether you would like us to send you a proposal for your consideration, however the consultation is conducted entirely without obligation on your part.
