My mission is to make work a healthy place where workers are motivated, engaged and shine their talent consistently.

The approach I take is holistic and systemic- enabling transformation over transaction; listening to understand your needs before creating a bespoke fit-for-purpose solution.

As a business psychologist with Organisational and Leadership Development experience of many years, I work in partnership with clients, with particular focus on increasing mental resilience through positive human connection and ‘easy-to-use’ people systems.

With my corporate business background in the health industry in both commercial and people functions, and more recently providing bespoke solutions to businesses across various industries, I bring strategic HR expertise, Learning and Development specialism, executive coaching and a sound underlying psychological approach, to highlight fresh and new perspectives that can unlock potential barriers before it becomes real issues for business leaders.
