Healthy Leadership
Executive Coaching
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential”.
The goal of development coaching is not to bring changes in behaviour but to bring a change in your mindset which ultimately affects your behaviour and leads to desired results.
Development coaching explores the root of the problem or insecurity and helps by equipping you with the mindset to tackle the problems effectively. This type of coaching helps you to place yourself on a constant framework of development rather than just focusing on a particular target.
Executive coaching is aimed at leaders in the business world and the aim is to develop the coachee to optimise their leadership performance and more effectively manage and navigate an increasingly overwhelming world of work.

Coaching could be for anyone; and in essence it is a safe thinking space to work out what you want and how you will achieve what you want.
