Working with the leadership team, we help to explore and refine the strategic direction of the organisation, the reason why people will choose to work there and why clients will choose their business over others.
The process often includes a series of facilitated workshops with the leadership team and a significant sample of employees in the organisation to discover and articulate organisational purpose, direction, and values; followed by building an engagement and implementation strategy to inspire and equip employees and influence clients. Internal staff satisfaction surveys and feedback from clients are also considered as part of the process and put in place to ensure ongoing measurement of staff morale and cultural perceptions inside and outside the organisation.

Workplace wellbeing strategy consultancy
Working with HR and the leadership team, we help to explore any existing gaps within the organisation that can be improved to enhance wellbeing in the workplace.
We apply a tried and tested methodology in partnership with our clients to discover gaps, evaluate needs, implement fit-for- purpose solutions, and activate measurement practices to regularly review, refine and reset the well-being strategy.
The LEAD approach ensures a holistic, systemic process for transformation.
- Listen to understand our client’s desired future state
- Evaluate current reality and identify gaps; including organisational culture, leadership culture, employee satisfaction; mental health awareness; line management capability, work environment, HR management system, communication, equality, diversity and inclusion, etc.
- Activate a strategic engagement and implementation plan that will reduce the gaps to Workplace Wellbeing.
- Determine tangible outcomes that the organisation can measure consistently.

Psychological safety consultancy
Working with the leadership team, we help to explore how psychologically safe employees feel in the organisation.
We start the process with a discovery stage where we facilitate a review with a significant sample of people with fair distribution across the organisation, listening to understand what they want and need; and what their experience is currently to identify gaps that is potentially getting in the way of a psychologically safe working environment for them.
Next, we write a report on the themes discovered during the culture review and identify gaps that we present to the leadership team with recommendations to help them overcome the gaps discovered.

Coaching Culture programme
This programme will be adapted to meet the unique needs of the organisation, but in essence the process of creating a culture of coaching in the workplace flows as follows:
- Equip the leadership team with skills and confidence to apply coaching in their day-to-day interactions
- Equip line managers with skills and confidence to apply coaching in their day-to-day work
- Equip all employees with the understanding of what coaching is, the benefits of coaching and the basic skills of having coaching conversations versus other conversations in the workplace
Depending on the size and level of maturity of the organisation, talent programmes can be created that include internal development coaching with a pool of advanced coaches internally in the organisation.

Leadership Culture programme
Imagine all your employees have great leadership skills and they apply these every day in the workplace.
This programme starts with working with the leadership team to define their company’s leadership code. The leadership code will usually consist of three to five leadership characteristics that fits culturally and that will also help to drive the strategic business purpose and goals forward.
A leadership development programme is designed to bring the defined leadership code to life within the organisation. A series of workshops will then run to equip all employees in the organisation with the skills and confidence to live their organisation’s leadership code.
HR management systems are also refined to consider the company leadership code when recruiting, training employees or appraising performance. Measuring what people have achieved, but also how they achieved it, helps towards embedding the desired leadership behaviour the leadership team expects to see from their people.
